Meet the Organizer
Shelby Tarleton is a salon owner and academy owner in Austin, Texas who hosts Lash Boss Radio, one of the lash industry's very first podcasts! With over 15 years of experience as a lash artist, she has earned her invitations to speak at various beauty conferences, and judge lash championships. Shelby wanted to bring her own spin to the lash world by hosting Lash Boss Summit Lash Boss Retreats.
With her entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to the beauty industry, Shelby Tarleton is undoubtedly a leading voice in the lash industry.

Attending the Lash Boss Summit was an incredible experience! Lash boss summit is an event I look forward to every year. I’ve been the past 2 years as a speaker and as an attendee and both experiences were equally as amazing.
